Personal data

What we collect, and what we do with it.

Martínez Navas SAS handles personal data in two places: the form on this website and the company's internal CRM. This page states exactly which data, what for, and for how long.

Controller

Who is responsible for your data

Martínez Navas SAS, at Cra. 69B # 73A-62, Bogotá, Colombia. Contact address for anything concerning personal data: ventas@mncol.com. Phone numbers and opening hours are on Contact.

What we collect, and what for

1. The form on this site

When you send the form on Contact, we receive what you typed: name, company, email address, phone number, type of need, surface to protect and the detail of the material.

It is used for one thing: answering your enquiry with the suggested reference, the cut width and the dispatch time. The message lands in the company's sales inbox, and the reply goes straight back to you.

2. The internal CRM

crm.protecciondesuperficies.com is an internal company tool. It is not public and nobody signs themselves up: only people an administrator has authorised in advance can get in.

For those people we store what their Google account returns at sign-in — name, email address and profile picture — plus the permission they were given and the date they last signed in. That serves two purposes: knowing who may enter, and showing who did what inside the tool.

The CRM does not request access to your mail, calendar, files or any other data in your Google account, and it never stores your password: Google verifies your identity, not us.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

Form messages are delivered by email through a sending provider and remain in the company's corporate inbox, hosted on Google Workspace. CRM data is held in a managed PostgreSQL database with servers in the United States.

Inside the company, the sales team and whoever administers the tool see it. Outside it, nobody beyond the infrastructure providers named above, who act on our instructions and only to provide the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell or hand your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. This site carries no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party cookies — there is nothing here following your browsing. The only cookie in the project is the CRM's session cookie, which exists only if you are one of the authorised people and only keeps your session open.

How long we keep it

Sales enquiries are kept for as long as the relationship with the client or prospect lasts, and for as long as the company's accounting and legal obligations require. CRM access records are kept while the person remains authorised; when they are removed, their record is deleted from the tool.

Your rights

Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 give you the right to know, update and correct your personal data, to request proof of the authorisation you gave, to be told how it has been used, to complain to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, and to withdraw your authorisation or ask for deletion where no legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.

To exercise any of those rights, write to ventas@mncol.com from the address you contacted us with, saying what you would like us to do. We answer within the terms set by law.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, this page changes and so does the date below. We do not make retroactive changes without saying so.
