PDS Construction · Site and finishes
From the moment the window units are made until they are handed over to the end customer.
Finishes are installed early and handed over late. Between those two moments the plaster coat, the paint, the scaffolding, the final clean and every trade still to come all pass over them.
What gets protected on site
What is already finished and has not been handed over yet.
The film goes in with the part on the day of installation and comes out on handover day. That is the stretch it has to stand up to, and it is the only one.
- Window units and glass
- Aluminium façade
- Wood and porcelain tile floors
- Stainless steel
- Metal joinery
- Worktops, stone and wood
- Acrylic and polycarbonate
Why PDS on site
Six concrete reasons.
It goes on the day of installation
Not after the first scratch. The film goes in with the part and comes off on handover day.
One reference per material
Tempered glass, anodised aluminium, porcelain tile, wood and stone call for different adhesion grades. It is not the same film for everything.
It does not get in the way of the work
It goes on by hand, with no special equipment and without stopping the work front.
It comes off without residue
It is removed without leaving adhesive or a mark on the surface, within the exposure time of the reference.
Cut to the width of your profile
We cut to size so there is no film left over and nothing has to be spliced.
Dispatch to any city
Nationwide distribution, with three months of safety stock per client.
Which reference goes on your site
Glass, aluminium and wood do not ask for the same thing.
Adhesion and thickness are chosen by the material and by the months the film is going to stay on. These are the highest-turnover ones on site.

80%
less material replacement on site
Window units and aluminium profiles arrive in good condition and get scratched afterwards: during the plaster coat, the paint and the final clean. The film absorbs that stretch and comes off without residue on handover day.

Up to 10×
what it costs to deal with a claim, against what it costs to protect
A claim from the end customer is not paid for with the part. It is paid for with the part, the return freight, the reinstallation, the site visit, the delay in handover and the conversation with the customer. The film is the cheapest link in that whole chain.

Recommendations sheet
Download our usage recommendations sheet
One page with what to keep in mind so the film performs: how to store it, how to prepare the surface, how to cut it and how to apply it with a laminator or by hand.
- Storage: out of direct sun, no contact with the floor or the walls, no water, between 10 °C and 40 °C, maximum 5 boxes stacked and use within 5 months
- Surface preparation: clean and dry, wiped down with a dry cloth to remove dust, grease and chemicals
- Cuts to size, with an electric saw or through the Martínez Navas cutting service
- Application with a laminator and application by hand, step by step
- Sealing: the greater the pressure, the greater the adhesion, and always in the direction the roll unwinds
