PDS Industry · Assembly and logistics
From the transformation and assembly line through to final delivery to the customer.
In the plant the damage is not done by the machine. It is done by the assembly, the handling and the packing that come after it: once the part already carries all the added value.
The film in the plant
It goes into the process, not at the end.
The film is applied on the line, on the part just finished, and comes off at destination. It does not change the properties of the material, it does not call for special application equipment and it does not force the line to stop.

Why PDS in your process
Six concrete reasons.
It is applied on the line
The film goes into the process, not at the end of it. The part is covered from the moment it comes off the machine.
It stands up to the rest of the process
The film goes on with the part on the line and stays on afterwards: it takes the assembly, the stacking and the dispatch without lifting.
It does not interrupt the process
It fits into the plant flow with no line stoppage and no special application equipment.
It comes off without residue
At destination it is removed without leaving adhesive or a mark, within the exposure time of the reference.
Thickness and width to size
From 1.3 to 2.0 thousandths, with low, medium or high adhesion, and cut to the width of your sheet.
With UV filter for outdoors
References with UV protection and an HS version for prolonged exposure to the sun.
Thickness and adhesion
From 1,3 to 2,0 thousandths, with low, medium or high adhesion.
Brushed stainless, prepainted sheet and polycarbonate ask for different adhesion grades. For outdoor use or prolonged exposure there are references with a UV filter and an HS version.
| Reference | Format | Thickness (mil) | Adhesion | Colour and filter |

One page with what to keep in mind so the film performs: how to store it, how to prepare the surface, how to cut it and how to apply it with a laminator or by hand.
- Storage: out of direct sun, no contact with the floor or the walls, no water, between 10 °C and 40 °C, maximum 5 boxes stacked and use within 5 months
- Surface preparation: clean and dry, wiped down with a dry cloth to remove dust, grease and chemicals
- Cuts to size, with an electric saw or through the Martínez Navas cutting service
- Application with a laminator and application by hand, step by step
- Sealing: the greater the pressure, the greater the adhesion, and always in the direction the roll unwinds
